Post Conference Information 

All conference registrants receive a CD copy of the proceedings.

• Conference Proceedings: 
  Proceedings were expected to be shipped in February 2004, For printed copies: US/Canada shipping is done 1st class. Overseas shipping is done via surface mail, which takes longer. For CD proceedings: all shipping is by 1st class. 
  

• Lost copies instructions:


If you don't receive your proceedings by April 30th for US addresses we will send you a duplicate. Overseas shipments are sent via
surface mail (which take quite a lot longer unfortunately). For overseas shipments, please wait until June 1st before contacting us.

To verify eligibility and get a duplicate copy, please mail a copy of the conference registration receipt to:
