All conference registrants receive a CD copy of the proceedings.

• Conference Proceedings: 
  CD Proceedings are expected to be shipped in March 2011 by 1^st class mail.
  

• Lost copies instructions:


If you don't receive your proceedings by April 30^th for US addresses we will send you a duplicate. For overseas shipments, please wait until June 1^st before contacting us.

To verify eligibility and get a duplicate copy, please e-mail a copy of the conference registration receipt to:

  If you wish to post an electronic copy of your paper on the Web, please follow the following instructions.

  Please contact the Conference hotel directly, as the Conf. Committee does not handle registration matters.
