Final Paper
Submission & Publication Information
- Note that the Asilomar Conference has a long standing policy to
restrict publication in the Conference Proceedings only to papers which have
been presented by one of the authors of the paper(s), and that author be
registered at the Conference for the paper to be published. NO
exceptions are made to this rule. No late papers will be accepted. Accepted
papers which are uploaded but have not been presented by one of the registered
authors of the paper will be pulled from the publication stack.
- Final Paper Submission
Information - An electronic-only
submission procedure is in place to submit publication-ready papers
- The Asilomar Conference has finally joined the electronic age. As a
result, we will accept ONLY final papers which have been uploaded on the
submission website by November 25th. We no longer accept
papers turned in at the conference.
- Final Papers must be uploaded electronically. The upload site will
open by 09/01/07.
- Accepted final paper formats are: .doc (MS Word) .pdf .
This decision was reached to insure a low-likelihood of potential problems
during the publication stage and timely publication of the proceedings.
- You will need the 4-digit paper number assigned to your paper with
your electronic submission to upload your final paper. Note, this
4-digit number is NOT the paper mnemonic, (i.e., MP-3 for example). You will
not be able to upload your final paper using the paper mnemonic.
Should you not remember what you 4-digit paper number is, please send an
e-mail to asilomar@cmsworkshops.com including the title of your paper to get a
copy of the 4-digit number.
- A signed Copyright release form is required for each paper
and must be turned in the registration desk during the Conference.
Copyright information is available
here. We will not accept copyright forms mailed in.
